Just P90X It



It has been two months that I started P90X. I have to say, it has been the most fun I had with exercising. I took physical classes at PCC, but there were never fun as this, except for swimming and karate. I have lost 10 pounds so far and will continue, until I lose a total of 25 pounds. Good bye jelly belly. 

There are only 5 more weeks until I complete the 90 days of training. What do you do after you are done? You do it all over again, until you can’t move no more. Why, because exercise is not something you do once, it is something we need. It will help us stay young, healthy, and sexy. Yes, I went there.

But most importantly you must eat healthy in order to reach that ideal weight. Exercise alone is not enough. So eat your veggies, proteins, and fruits. I know it is hard work, but it is worth it. 

And no matter what exercise program you decide to do, stick with it.
